Terms & Conditions

Altitude Restroom Suites

Effective Date: Ongoing — Living Agreement
Last Updated: 8/11/2026

1. Acceptance of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern all restroom trailer rentals and services provided by Altitude Restroom Suites ("Altitude Restroom Suites", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By submitting payment, confirming your reservation, signing an invoice, or accepting delivery of equipment, you ("Client") agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Payment of any deposit or invoice through our secure payment system constitutes an electronic signature and legally binding acceptance of this Agreement.

If payment was processed prior to the date of an update to this Agreement, the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of payment will apply to the rental.

This is a living online agreement, and the most current version posted at:

https://www.altituderestrooms.com/terms

applies to all rentals unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Booking, Payment & Reservation Policies

2.1 Reservation Confirmation

Your rental reservation is confirmed once Altitude Restroom Suites receives the required reservation deposit or payment in full.

Once payment is received, the reserved equipment and event date are removed from availability and may no longer be offered to other clients.

Submission of any payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2.2 Reservation Deposit

A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your rental date unless otherwise stated in writing.

Because reserving equipment removes it from availability for other events, cancellation refunds are based on how far in advance Altitude Restroom Suites receives written notice of cancellation, as outlined below.

2.3 Final Payment

The remaining rental balance is due three (3) days prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of amounts otherwise non-refundable under the cancellation schedule below.

2.4 Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Because each confirmed reservation removes equipment from our available inventory for your event date, cancellation refunds are based on the amount of notice provided.

For purposes of this cancellation policy, 50% of the applicable rental total is considered the “Reservation Portion.” This applies whether the customer chooses the standard 50% reservation deposit option or elects to pay the discounted rental total in full at the time of booking.

  • More than 90 days before the event
75% of the Reservation Portion will be refunded. Any amount paid above the Reservation Portion will also be refunded.

  • 61–90 days before the event
50% of the Reservation Portion will be refunded. Any amount paid above the Reservation Portion will also be refunded.

  • 31–60 days before the event
25% of the Reservation Portion will be refunded. Any amount paid above the Reservation Portion will also be refunded.

  • 15–30 days before the event
The Reservation Portion is non-refundable. Any amount paid above the Reservation Portion will be refunded, and no additional rental charges will be due.

  • 14 days or less before the event
The full rental amount is non-refundable and due in full. No refund will be issued for amounts previously paid.

For customers who receive a discount for paying in full at the time of reservation, the Reservation Portion and any applicable refund will be calculated using the discounted rental total actually paid, rather than the original undiscounted rental price.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email. The effective cancellation date will be the date Altitude Restroom Suites receives the written cancellation notice.

Any applicable payment-processing fees are non-refundable.

2.5 Weather-Related Cancellations

Weather-related cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy above when Altitude Restroom Suites remains able to safely deliver, service, and retrieve the equipment.

If Altitude Restroom Suites determines that delivery or service cannot be safely performed because of severe weather, unsafe road conditions, government road closures, or other conditions beyond the Client's control, Altitude Restroom Suites will work with the Client in good faith to determine an appropriate resolution.

3. Power Requirements

The Client is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and continuous electrical power for the entire rental period unless generator service is included in the Client's quote or invoice.

3.1 Standard Power Supply

For standard restroom trailer operation without electric heat, the Client must provide:

• One (1) dedicated 120V / 20A electrical circuit

• Electrical outlet located within approximately 100 feet of trailer placement

• Circuit must be dedicated exclusively to the restroom trailer

• Circuit must NOT be shared with DJs, catering equipment, lighting, heaters, or other equipment

Altitude Restroom Suites will provide the appropriate power cord necessary to connect the trailer to an approved power source.

Electrical interruptions, voltage drops, inadequate power, or breaker trips resulting from Client-provided power are not the responsibility of Altitude Restroom Suites.

3.2 Heating & 240V Power Requirements

Standard 120V / 20A electrical service does NOT provide sufficient power for the trailer's electric heating system.

If interior heat is requested or required due to cold-weather conditions, an approved 240V power source is required.

If appropriate 240V power is not available at the event site, Altitude Restroom Suites can provide an approved generator package for an additional fee.

Whether heat is required may be determined based on anticipated temperatures, event conditions, and the need to protect the trailer's plumbing and water systems from freezing.

3.3 Generator Option

If adequate on-site electrical power is unavailable, or if 240V power is required for heating, Altitude Restroom Suites may provide an approved generator package.

Generator service is $150 per event day unless otherwise stated in the Client's quote or invoice.

If the Client elects to provide their own generator, the generator must meet the electrical requirements specified by Altitude Restroom Suites. The Client is responsible for ensuring adequate fuel and continuous operation throughout the rental period.

Altitude Restroom Suites reserves the right to decline connection to a Client-provided generator or electrical source that is determined to be unsafe, inadequate, improperly configured, or incompatible with the equipment.

4. Water Supply Requirements

The restroom trailer requires a clean and reliable water supply for normal operation.

The Client must either provide an approved onsite water connection or arrange for onboard fresh water service through Altitude Restroom Suites.

4.1 Onsite Water Connection

If using an onsite water source, the Client must provide:

• A clean, potable or otherwise suitable fresh water source

• A standard ¾-inch outdoor hose spigot

• Water source located within approximately 100 feet of trailer placement

• Recommended water pressure of 30–60 PSI

• Continuous access to the water source throughout the rental period

Altitude Restroom Suites will provide the appropriate hose and connections necessary to connect the trailer to an approved onsite water source.

4.2 Onboard Fresh Water Service

If an appropriate onsite water connection is unavailable, Altitude Restroom Suites can provide onboard fresh water service.

Onboard Fresh Water Service is $100 per event unless otherwise stated in the Client's quote or invoice.

The onboard water supply is intended for normal restroom usage based on the anticipated guest count and event duration provided by the Client.

Unusually high usage, significantly higher attendance than disclosed, or extended rental periods may require additional water service and may result in additional charges.

5. Cold Weather & Winter Operations

Cold-weather conditions may require additional equipment, power, or operating procedures to safely operate and protect the restroom trailer.

For rentals occurring during freezing or potentially freezing conditions, including rentals generally occurring from October through April, the Client must ensure:

• Required electrical power remains continuously available

• Required heating systems remain powered and operational

• Restroom doors remain closed when not in use

• Client-provided water sources and spigots are protected from freezing

• Water hoses and connections are appropriately protected when required

• Trailer placement and access areas remain reasonably clear of snow and ice

• Safe access remains available for delivery, servicing, and pickup

If temperatures or forecasted conditions create a risk of freezing, Altitude Restroom Suites may require 240V electrical service or an approved generator package as a condition of service.

Any required generator, additional water service, winterization equipment, or other cold-weather services not included in the original quote may result in additional charges.

The Client is responsible for damage caused by inadequate Client-provided power, interruption of required power, frozen Client-provided water sources, unsafe site conditions, or failure to comply with required cold-weather operating procedures.

Altitude Restroom Suites will determine whether conditions are suitable for safe equipment operation, delivery, servicing, and pickup.

6. Site Access, Placement & Delivery Conditions

6.1 Site Requirements

Client must provide:

• Level pad approximately 20–30 feet long and 10 feet wide
• Minimum 12 feet vertical clearance
• Minimum 60-foot turning radius for delivery vehicle
• Clear access free of mud, snow, soft ground, branches, or obstacles

6.2 Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to unsafe site conditions or blocked access, the Client remains responsible for the full rental amount.

Client must work with the Company to identify a safe alternate placement area.

6.3 Equipment Relocation

If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, including but not limited to smoke odor, cigarette or cigar butts, ash, burn marks, vape residue, or marijuana odor, the Client agrees to pay a $250 Smoking & Odor Remediation Fee.

If the actual cost to clean, deodorize, repair, or restore the trailer exceeds $250, the Client agrees to reimburse Altitude Restroom Suites for the full cost of remediation, including any lost rental revenue resulting from the trailer being temporarily unavailable for service.

9. Prohibited Waste

The following items must NOT be placed into restroom systems:

• Feminine hygiene products
• Diapers
• Wipes (including flushable wipes)
• Paper towels
• Chemicals or oils

Construction & Long-Term Rental Terms (30+ Days)

These terms apply to all commercial, construction, disaster response, and long-term rentals exceeding thirty (30) consecutive days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rental Term & Billing

Rental fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise stated in writing.

Rental charges continue until equipment is removed by Altitude Restroom Suites or the rental agreement is otherwise formally terminated in writing.

Altitude Restroom Suites reserves the right, with reasonable advance coordination, to temporarily remove and redeploy equipment for operational purposes as outlined in the rental agreement or quote, provided the Client’s agreed service requirements remain reasonably accommodated.

Early termination or early equipment removal requested by Client does not automatically entitle Client to prorated refunds unless expressly approved in writing by Altitude Restroom Suites.

Initial rental term must be paid prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Overdue balances accrue finance charges at 1.5% per month.

Non-payment may result in suspension of service, immediate equipment removal, collection activity, or any combination thereof.

Delivery, Site Access & Placement

Client must provide:

• Level, stable ground suitable for trailer placement

• Safe delivery and servicing access

• Minimum 14-foot vertical clearance

• Continuous access for delivery, pumping, servicing, inspection, and equipment removal

Client must maintain unobstructed access throughout the rental term.

If access is blocked, restricted, or unsafe due to vehicles, fencing, mud, snow, ice, gate restrictions, credentialing requirements, limited access hours, superintendent approval delays, site lockout, or other conditions outside of Altitude Restroom Suites’ control, additional trip charges or service fees may apply.

Unauthorized relocation, towing, repositioning, or movement of equipment by Client or third parties is strictly prohibited and voids liability protections.

Utilities

Client must provide:

• One dedicated 120V / 20A electrical circuit within 100 feet

• Circuit not shared with other equipment

• Adequate continuous power for safe operation throughout the rental term

Additional 240V electrical service may be required during winter months depending on heating requirements.

If adequate electrical service is unavailable, generator service may be required at additional cost unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client is responsible for generator refueling unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Water Supply

Client must provide a clean water source within 100 feet of trailer placement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If water access is unavailable, onboard fresh water service may be provided at additional cost.

Servicing & Usage

Servicing schedules, included service frequency, and whether consumable replenishment (including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, or related supplies) is included will be defined in the rental agreement, invoice, or quote.

Pricing assumes usage consistent with the anticipated site headcount and intended rental purpose disclosed by Client.

If actual usage materially exceeds quoted assumptions, Altitude Restroom Suites reserves the right to adjust servicing frequency and associated pricing accordingly.

The trailer is intended for standard restroom use only. Disposal of wipes, feminine products, paper towels, chemicals, construction debris, food waste, paint, adhesives, oils, or other foreign materials may result in repair charges, additional servicing fees, or immediate service suspension.

Emergency service outside scheduled servicing is billed at $85 per hour plus mileage.

Cold Weather Operations

If client-provided power, water, or site conditions result in freeze damage, plumbing failure, thawing service, equipment downtime, or related repairs, all resulting costs shall be the responsibility of the Client.

Damage, Loss & Site Security

Client is responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:

• Theft

• Vandalism

• Misuse

• Unauthorized relocation damage

• Tampering by third parties

• Damage caused by inadequate, interrupted, or improperly configured client-provided utilities

Client is responsible for securing the equipment during the rental term.
