Today, September 4th, is a pretty special day for me.
Fifteen years ago today, in 2011, I married my wife, Britt.
And somehow, on our 15th wedding anniversary, I started the day doing something that felt especially fitting: delivering one of our Altitude Restroom Suites luxury restroom trailers to a wedding in Boulder, Colorado.
There was something pretty cool about that.
15 Years Later
When you've been married for 15 years, you understand a little differently just how meaningful a wedding day can be.
There are the big things everyone remembers—the ceremony, the vows, the family and friends who came to celebrate, the music, the food, and all those little moments that eventually become stories you tell for years.
But there are also hundreds of details happening behind the scenes to make that day come together.
Today, I got to help with one of those details for another couple.
And on my own anniversary, it gave me a chance to appreciate just how fortunate I am—not only for the last 15 years with Britt and the family we've built together, but also for the couples who trust my little company to play a small part in one of the biggest days of their lives.

Today's Wedding: A Beautiful Private Property in Boulder, Colorado
Today's delivery took me to a beautiful private property in Boulder, Colorado, where a couple will be celebrating their wedding surrounded by family and friends.
The property itself is incredible.
There's a beautiful creek running behind the house, mature Colorado trees surrounding the property, and plenty of room for everyone to gather. It's one of those places where you pull in and immediately understand why someone would want to get married there.
What made it even better was meeting the family who owns the property.
They're family friends of the couple and generously allow family members to use this wonderful place for their weddings. I had the opportunity to meet everyone while getting the restroom trailer positioned and set up today, and they couldn't have been nicer.
It was a good reminder that some of the most beautiful Colorado wedding venues aren't necessarily traditional wedding venues at all.
Sometimes they're backyards, ranches, mountain properties, and family homes that already mean something to the people getting married.
And those are exactly the kinds of places where a luxury restroom trailer can make a huge difference.
Luxury Restroom Trailers for Outdoor Colorado Weddings
One of the challenges with an outdoor or private-property wedding is that the location may be perfect for the ceremony and reception but wasn't necessarily designed to accommodate dozens—or even hundreds—of guests.
That's where we come in.
Altitude Restroom Suites provides clean, upscale luxury restroom trailer rentals for weddings throughout Colorado, including Boulder, Denver, the foothills, and Colorado's mountain communities.
Instead of traditional portable toilets, guests have access to private restroom suites with flushing china toilets, running-water sinks, oversized mirrors, interior lighting, premium restroom supplies, and climate-controlled interiors.
And we handle the logistics.
For today's Boulder wedding, that meant delivering the trailer directly to the property, carefully positioning it to work with the event layout, leveling and setting everything up, connecting the necessary utilities, and making sure everything was clean and ready before the celebration began.
The goal is pretty simple:
Once the wedding starts, the couple shouldn't have to think about the restrooms again.
What Size Restroom Trailer Do You Need for a Colorado Wedding?
This is one of the questions couples ask us most often.
For many smaller and mid-sized weddings, our 2-Station Luxury Restroom Trailer is an excellent fit. It provides separate private men's and women's suites while maintaining a manageable footprint for private properties, outdoor venues, and mountain locations.
For larger weddings, including events with around 150 guests, restroom capacity depends on several factors: guest count, event duration, alcohol service, whether other restrooms are available, and the specific location.
That's why we don't believe every wedding should automatically receive the same recommendation.
Tell us where you're getting married, approximately how many guests you're expecting, and what utilities are available at the property, and we'll help determine the right restroom setup for your wedding.
Do We Deliver and Set Up Restroom Trailers at Colorado Mountain and Outdoor Wedding Venues?
Yes.
Altitude Restroom Suites delivers, positions, sets up, and picks up luxury restroom trailers for weddings and outdoor events throughout Colorado.
Private homes, ranches, mountain properties, outdoor venues, and locations without nearby permanent restroom facilities are exactly where these trailers can be especially useful.
Our job isn't simply to leave a trailer in the driveway.
We work with couples, planners, property owners, and venues to determine appropriate placement and utility access so everything is ready before guests arrive.
What About Heat, Air Conditioning, Water, and Power?
Colorado weddings can come with some interesting logistical challenges.
A beautiful mountain property might not have plumbing near the ceremony site. A private residence may have water but limited electrical access. And Colorado weather can change quickly, especially at elevation.
Our luxury restroom trailers offer climate-controlled interiors, including air conditioning and heating when the appropriate power is available.
For standard operation, our 2-Station Luxury Restroom Trailer normally requires:
• One dedicated 120V/20A electrical outlet within approximately 100 feet
• One outdoor water spigot within approximately 100 feet
If those utilities aren't available, that's not necessarily a deal breaker. Depending on the event and conditions, we can help arrange options such as generator power and onboard fresh-water service.
It's one of the reasons we encourage couples to discuss restroom logistics early in the wedding-planning process.
How Far Ahead Should You Book a Luxury Restroom Trailer for a Colorado Wedding?
If you're planning a summer or fall wedding in Colorado, earlier is always better.
Popular Saturdays, holiday weekends, and peak Colorado wedding dates can book well in advance.
You also don't need to have every logistical detail figured out before contacting us.
If you know your wedding date, location, and approximate guest count, that's enough to start the conversation. We can help you work through trailer size, placement, electrical requirements, water access, and other logistics as the wedding gets closer.
